FAQs provide valuable information to customers, answer common queries, and enhance user experience on your website.

How to create page FAQs ?
Step 1: Login to your Shopify store, go to Online Store > Pages
Step 2: Create page new page
Title: FAQs
Visibility: Visible
Theme template: faqs
How to customize page FAQs ?
Steps
In the theme editor (Customize), open the template selector.
Select Pages, then faqs.
On the left-sidebar, add Faqs page.
Make necessary changes > Save.
Section settings
General settings

Section width
3 options for section width
Stretch width: span the section width regardless of screen size.
Fixed width: depends on your page content width in Theme settings -> Layout.
Full width: takes up the entire space on the page and it usually resizes itself to fit the size of the screen.
Color scheme
Select colors from Theme settings -> Colors
Open all question
Expand all questions instead of default closed state
FAQs message

Show FAQs message
When enabled, the this FAQs message will be displayed
Desktop content position
Choose where the message appears on desktop: Left or Right *Note: Content first is the default mobile layout.
Highlight text
Text is highlighted
Heading
The title of the message
Description
Add a short message to encourage customers to get in touch
Alignment
Choose how the text is aligned:
Left
Center
Right.
Contact form

Name
Placeholder text for the name input field.
Placeholder text for the email input field.
Message
Placeholder for the message box.
Heading
The title of the message
Button label
Customize the button text.
Top
Customize the top margin of the section
Bottom
Customize the bottom margin of the section
Block settings

Heading
Set the title for your FAQs blocks.
Frame
Toggle to add a border/frame around the FAQ content for better visual emphasis.

Enter the question you want to display.
