**FAQs** provide valuable information to customers, answer common queries, and enhance user experience on your website.

## How to create page FAQs ?

**Step 1**: Login to your Shopify store, go to **Online Store > Pages**&#x20;

**Step 2: Create page new page**

* Title: **FAQs**
* Visibility: **Visible**
* Theme template: **faqs**

## How to customize page FAQs ?

**Steps**

1. In the theme editor (**Customize**), open the template selector.
2. Select **Pages**, then **faqs.**
3. On the left-sidebar, add **Faqs page.**
4. Make necessary changes > **Save.**
